Simple Sunday Snow Pops

If you dont have snow, no sweat. Make em, freeze em, eat them en masse. Take a handful of fresh berries, two Tbsp snow (or water) blended, two mangoes 1 Tbsp plain yogurt, squirt of honey and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for metabolism. Easy at that!
