I have never met a dumpling I didn’t like. Eating them is easy but making them can be a pain. If you are craving round dough balls of wonder, do what my wonderful Auntie Amy does and mix bisquick with a little buttermilk and poultry seasoning (should be doughy). Then drop spoonfuls in to your simmering soup and let them cook five minutes on the bottom, then put the lid on and let the tops steam for an additional five.
